Our main service centre is strategically located in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This central location to our customers in the United Kingdom enables Furness Controls to respond readily in support of our customers.

Many of our products are used as production line test equipment, in some applications operating 24 hours a day, making the need for rapid service of paramount importance. Our Tamworth service centre offers not only a repair and calibration facility, but also a team of field service engineers, ensuring that production lines continue to run.

Customer Training

Furness Controls is able to offer customer training courses covering product maintenance to empower the end user with the aim of minimising production down-time.

Product Evaluation

We regularly evaluate products on behalf of existing and would-be customers, applying more than 40 years experience in pneumatic test applications, in order to recommend the most suitable test system for each individual product's unique demands.
